http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel 86306831588 was shipped on Nov 29. this kind of parcel is called china post ordinary parcel which might take 3 months to arrive. you need wait some more time.

ID18052023565628CN is not china post tracking number. You should be cautious of fraud.
