Hello my tracking number RI802234305CN and my parcel rejected but my parcel going the shenzen amd come back guangzhou airport this is again why?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was rejected in Guangzhou again. I suggest you open dispute for non-arrival parcel asap.
