http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel RY502723420CN was rejected in Beijing safety scan point many times. I don't know what is inside the parcel, but i can tell you this is a very bad sign. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 10, open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

It's a mobile phone charger and cable. Don't know why they would reject it.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is looping the guangzhou. This is bad news which means your parcel can not pass customs scan. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
