Hi

I'm expecting a delivery from China, but it seems on your site it's stuck in Guangzhou airport for a few weeks now, and I need it quite urgently.

Is there anything wrong, or can I expect it soon?

the parcel is outside china now. status will stuck at its last china location after it left china. you can not know exact location at this moment

based on my experience, your parcel should arrive by end of Jan.
