My package is RO901400888CN status "Urumqi Exchange Office Dispatched" from the 27th of January 2015.

Can you tell me if this development is normal or if I can consider my package is lost.

the parcel should have some security problem and rejected by Urumuqi customs. You should open dispute asap.

It is a garment, I do not see why it would be blocked in China Customs
