Hello ! I bought andere item thru dhgate.
ie received the item but it was broken, so i send it back
But the status saus unsuccesfully deliverd
the trace code is cc032353295nl

must the receiver pick up the parcel ?

the parcel is in shenzhen, it has delivery problem. you should ask receiver call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the goods.
