Helloo
When I track my order number (LX377881636CN) I get two different departure times, one on the 25th of June and one on the 27th. Does that mean parts of my order were shipped separately??

LX377881636CN left Guangzhou on Jun 27. the first departure on Jun 25 should have problem and then departure again 2 days later.

but that problem had nothing to do with the order itself right?

No. it should be airline problem.
