Hello,
I've purchased some items and have two tracking codes RI513726170CN and RI521354563CN. Their tracking status doesn't update for 10+ days. Last status is "Shanghai departure". Could you check it?

status freeze for 4 weeks is normal, you need some patient.

My tracking id is RH151431679CN. And the parcel is stuck in beijing airport from the date 3rd july. And i have ordered before also and it maximum takes 20 days to arrive to my home. I think beijing airport hasn't sent it out. As it is not received by kolkata sorting office till now. And many more people are facing the same problem even many of them hasnt received their parcel yet from june even. What is happening? Why that poor service? It is not only about money but also investment of time. Do something. Or eventually all will stop ordering from china wholesale sites. And the trust will slowly get down.
