Hi,
I ordered my item on the 27th of February and got the tracking number RI375104387CN. Now after 16 days the product status is "awaiting receipt". The tracking number doesn't work. Is the number legit or a fake? I live in Finland If it makes any difference :)

So should I wait without the number and hope the package comes or should I just open a dispute? Thanks

I opened dispute. Is it still possible that the seller sends my item? Store: doubletreehouse, seller:violet Li. The store has 97% positive feedback so could this be just a mistake and not a scam? Thanks for your help!

all we can know is that your seller did not ship the goods. if it is a mistake, it is your seller's mistake, not china post's mistake. not sure if your seller will ship the goods in future.

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/ , if it shows invalid number , the number is fake.
