Hello according to the information of the number of follow-up of my order: RI555841370CN my parcel is in Italy while he must be delivered in Martinique thus why the country of destination of my order is Italy by knowing that the real country of destination is Martinique?!!

your seller shipped the goods to wrong country or gave you wrong tracking number. open dispute asap.

There would be no way means to contact Italy to redefine the delivery address because the seller does not answer :(

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows your parcel left China on Nov 18. Normally it will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks before it arrives your country. the status will not change during the time outside china.

wait one more week, if it does not arrive, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.
