We have ordered a christmas present for our daughter via the homepage "Ali Express" with the following data:

ordering Time: 2015-10-26 at 11:50
order number: 70169264588918
seller: Huijuan Li
shop name: China's henanprovince every year more than trade co., LTD
Parcel number: CP322206146CN

The homepage of the seller says that the status is finished but we didn't get the parcel until now.

The last information I can see on the homepage says: "Departure from outward office of exchange 2015-11-05 22:10" - that was in Shanghai

Using the Tracking number on this homepage says the parcel is "on route" - how long can this take if it started from Shanghai on 2015-11-05?

I also have contacted the German Post office "DHL" and there it is written that "the item is transported to the destination country - 2015-11-05".

As we urgently need/want this parcel I would like to ask: Can anyone tell me where the parcel with the delivery ID CP322206146CN is or why it takes such a long time or how long we estimately have to wait...? We didn't get it until now and it is more than 24 working days since the last change of the status of "DHL"...

I would be pleased if someone can help us because it is not much time left to get this item before christmas and there is no possibility to order it again and get it until 24th of december...

In a different forum question I read that it depends on the chinese province how long a parcel needs to get delivered but as I understood the informations given on two different homepages our parcel was sent from Shanghai on 2015-11-05 so it should be here already or am I wrong...?

Please send me an answer as soon as possible...!!!
