Hi,

I ordered something from China (Tracking Number: LX241605333CN) however the tracking progress hasn't changed for three days now. The Latest update was on the 25th of December 2016 saying 'Departure export customs' and the location is 'GUANGZHOU EM'. Does this mean my order is stuck or what as it hasn't been shipped yet?

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-12-25 09:20
Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to the aviation hub, London Heathrow Airport (transfer)

2. Until Royal Mail scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it you will not see anymore tracking for your parcel.

3. Prepare yourself for a long wait at least 2 to 4 weeks and maybe more.

Does this mean it's on the next flight to the UK? If yes will it be on a 'China Southern' flight or a different airline?

If anyone can help it is greatly appreciated! my parcel is stuck in "Origin Post Preparing for Shipment" tracking number #LT50961932CN since Dec 1st, 2016. Should I just consider this parcel lost or not coming? It has been 28 days in this status. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1. Your are missing one number into your tracking number. There should be 9 numbers.
