Hi,

Can you please help me with my order.

Tracking number is: RF646097293CN

Carrier is: China Post Registered Air Mail

Item has been shipped by AliExpress on 2017-04-06. Last tracking update was made on 2017-04-18 with "Send item abroad (EDI-received)". My local post office reflects this information. No tracking update has been made ever since.

What is the reason for a delay and are there any issues with my package? Are the tracking information correct and the package is really waiting for the plane for more then two weeks now?

BTW, I have ordered another item from AliExpress after this one and have already received it. Although it was another carrier, not China Post, but PostNL.

Yea I am from turkey and ı am waiting for 20 days ,too .. what is the problem with this parcels ı dont understand .. ı think here is a problem with the plane on guangzzhou and shangai airports.. my other registered air mails came to me in 2 weeks in april but the guangzhou not come.. Fuck china post registered air mail. ı ll newer use this again .

Is there any email address of China Post where I can send my inquiry?
Also, if I call their phone number (+86 20 11185) will I get someone who speaks English? Any experiences?

Unfortunately China Post does not response to any email inquiry. Their phone number 11185 only accept Chinese(mandarin).
