I didn't receive my item AG017385849CN Posted date 18 August. Web side is showing still the parcel in China. Could you please help me. I didn't find any contact no in UK

AG017385849CN is epacket parcel which should arrive UK in 2 weeks. Wait one more week, if you can not get the goods, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
