Hi, this my first post, I would like to ask you all for some help with an issue I am getting on the ePacket (EMS) website,

When tracking the item on the EMS website with the language set to 'English' I get the following tracking information:

2015-11-17 15:49:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs

I have other tracking history before this but the message 'Held by Customs' concerns me,

When messaging the seller and tracking on the EMS website with the language set to 'Chineese' and using google translate to translate the page i get the following information:

2015-11-17 15:49:00 广州市 海关放行

This translates to 'Customs Clearance' Note the time stamps are the same,

After the tracking information from 15:49:00 I have an extra piece of information which is not given on the English pages:

2015-11-17 21:57:00 广州市 离开处理中心,发往GBLALA

Translating to: Leaving the treatment center , sent to GBLALA - GBLALA Being Heathrow Airport London, UK,

Tracking information from 21:57:00 Does not appear on the English version of the website, which to me look like the is some lag and not in real time,

My question is, is my item on it's way to the UK or stuck in Chinese customs as the tracking information is conflicting,
