Dear my tracking update is also not updated since 14th of december 2015. I am worried will it come ir not. Please do tell me my order updates if you can. My tracking number is RT310315237HK

Tracking says your parcel left china on 6 january, it can take 10-30 days to reach destination.
Only when your local customs checks the parcel the tracking will update.

It's hong kong post, by the way the item (RT310315237HK) is pending customs inspection

you shall contact your local postal service, for india is Toll Free number 1800-11-2011 and ask
