it says departure from Guangzhou on 2015-12-23 14:40:00.0 but what's the next step ?

your parcel left china on Dec 23. You can not see any "next status" in future because none will scan the parcel outside china.

Based on my experience, You should get the parcel by end of Jan.

end of jan ??? outch the website who i buy my parcel said shipped the 17 and arrived in 3 days.... serious site.....

If your seller gave 3-day arrival promise, he is 100% misleading. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal whichever you paid money to for refund.

now is rush season, processing is slow, waiting time for airline is long, transit routes are complex. read following post:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?
