Hi... my track shipment #LZ626789936CN is delivered but I haven't recieved the parcel!!! Someone can help me??? Please!!!

Italy Post website shows the parcel now is in post office in VERCELLI VC, Consegnata. You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
