My Tracking Number is RS235345342CN. I have not receive any information from post since Nov. 22. Turkish postal service (PTT) said to me, any package did not come to their hand.
Please give me an information, if you have.

1. In normal condition the maximum estimates arrival time for Turkey is 33 days. Right now we are not in normal condition, so mail is slow because of the Holiday Season. Please also remember that your parcel was physically receive by China Post on the 19 Nov.

2. You might want to contact your seller and tell him that your have not receive your parcel yet, he might have additional info for you.
