Hello

The tracking number is LM331321621CN and the last update for it was the 3rd of April. Does anybody know could it be delievered or it has just stucked and could already be lost somewhere? What does the information "Departure export customs" mean? Maybe there are some other websites to check the current information about it?

normally ePacket will arrive France in 2 weeks. Your parcel should have some problem. If you can not get it by next week, you should open dispute to seller for refund.
