I'dont know what's going wrong my order with.
I did the order almost two months ago and it's still at fuzhou (it says opening )
Can somebody explain what doesn't make sense ?

RC408925100CN is the track number and it has inside a pair of shoes

the parcel should be rejected by customs. it might have some pirate brand on the shoes. you'd better open dispute and claim refund.

Thank u for answer so quick.
I did 2 órders of pair of shoes and i've received one of them .but when i received that one i clicked by mistake on the button "confirm order received " at the Other pair of shoes ,those that haven't received yet !!

So now can't open a dispute.
What can i do ?
I just send your answer to the seller ,do i have to talk to him ? Or directly to alixpress ?
Because i thing is clear enough ,the shoes never went out from Fuzhou .

Hi there,

I have the same problema.
I bought a watch from a web page and it came from China.
The watch was a fake one so I returned it to China.

The ítem # RR808204165PE figure in Fuzhou since january 15.

I dont know what to dont know what to do or where to write.

Can anyone know what can i do?

it should have delivery problem. ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup asap.
