Post Stuck on "Departure export customs"

Hi. I ordered an item with tracking number RK266468094CN. It has been stuck on "Departure export customs" for quite some time and I would just like to know approximately how long my item would take to arrive. It is bigger than a letterbox so that may have some effect on time but am unsure. Here's the current info:

"Departure export customs" is the last status you'll see before it arrives in the UK; nobody can scan the package while it's enroute. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

Average time to the UK is listed as 12 days, but things out of China seem slower than normal these last few weeks. http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
