Hello,
I ordered a package exactly a month ago, and I still haven't received it.
Destination country is Estonia (EU).
Tracking number is: RS257867632CN

2016-11-02 22:24:42.0 parcel center received

2016-11-02 23:43:47.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-11-03 02:06:47.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan

2. So according to both tracking, your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Estonia. May I suggest your read this for Estonia:

3. I suppose when your parcel will arrive in your country that the Estonia Post will scan the parcel when they have time to do it. Just continue to track your parcel on the Estonia Post site for any new update.

I have a similar problem for RS230246745CN
STUCK IN GUANGZHOU SINCE OCT 15th
can some one help me and recommend what to do ?
the seller says order shipped, buy!
But may be he wrote the wrong address or so...

1. Your parcel should have arrive by now, it's been on the road for 49 days and that is to long. Either your parcel is lost or misplace.

2. May I suggest you contact the seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and see what he can do.
