Post Stuck in Export Customs Scan

Can you tell me what is going on with these parcels? The first one is RI303750050CN and the second one is RN802729598CN. Both of them are stuck in Customs Scan for one month. Also, the first one is Guangzhou and the second is in Beijing. It would very grateful if you respond me, because I'm in a hurry of these products.

both parcel should be delayed by holiday rush. wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive, open dispute.
