Hello,

It's my package lost? ( RK354619719CN ) , it has the same status for the last 8 days, usually in 2-3 days after the package is departed from Beijing it shows up on my country tracking system ( http://www.posta-romana.ro/track-trace.html ) . I've called my post office and they say that there is no item with that tracking number on the system, it's a bit odd for a flight from China to Bucharest to take more than 1 week.

now is rush season. it might take 2 to 4 weeks to reach Romania after it leaves Beijing.

Hello,

2 weeks has passed and my parcel has the same status, what's going on? It's not like waiting to be departed, it is on airplane but why it takes so long ???
