Hello,
i got some problems with an Order which is on its way from China to Germany. Its shipped via EMS China.
Since roundabout 20 days its stuck in "Despatching from Sorting Center" in Shanghai.
I tried to call the Help Center of EMS but its too busy at the moment.
My Tracking Number is:
EA303386269CN

EA303386269CN left china on Nov 27. please wait one more week to get it in Germany.

Its still not here yet 12 Days later. Why is it not showing" In Transit" if it has leaved China already?
Is there anything i can do about it?

EA303386269CN should have some problem. I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
