RC215864405CN was shipped from Urumuqi where many parcels were rejected and lost in past 50 days. you can wait one or two more weeks, if still not receive the parcel, open a dispute and claim refund.

I have the same problem: I placed an order last october the 4th and the status of the parcel hasn't change since last october 9th. The track number is RD281344888CN Could anybody please let me know if there is a problem with the simpmet? Thanks in advance.

the parcel RD281344888CN should be rejected or lost. open dispute to aliexpress/paypal asap.

Hi , i'm just wondering if it's normal that my package "RB417986447CN" is blocked since the 25th of October to: "Departure from outward office of exchange"

Could you tell me more about that ?

RB417986447CN was shipped from Urumuqi where many parcels were rejected. you can wait one more week, if not arrive, you should consider it is lost and open dispute to get refund.
