please update. its been on hold for for 24 days.

the package is a return to aliexpress. paypal holds my money back until the package is delivered or until i have a proof that recipient dont pick up.

CY289873872DE arrived in Guangzhou on Sep 12. The recipient has never made customs clearance.

I suspect the seller did this intentionally because he doesn't want to receive the package and give you a refund. This is a common game played by those bad sellers. You can report this problem to Aliexpress. If more than one buyer filed such dispute against same seller, Aliexpress will block his seller account.
