The following is the tracking status of a parcel I am waiting on. I have been told by the seller that estimate delivery is 11th Dec- 6th Jan.

Does the following mean that the parcel is still in China awaiting transit?

The tracking number is 70134059881
2015-11-28 17:18:17.0 parcel center received

70134059881 is china post ordinary parcel. China post only scan it once. So you can not see new status after "parcel center received" date.

Normally this parcel will take about 4 to 6 weeks to reach Europe in this rush season. Your seller misled you with fake promise. You should open dispute to seller.
