Post Status "null" on item tracking ???

Hello there,

I returned an item to China bought on Ebay and payed by Paypal. The return shipping was made by Romanian Post. The item tracking number is CO990776885RO.
When I checked the status of the parcel delivery on China Post website it shows that it left the sorting centre of the destination city and after that it says "null". I do not understand what this does mean and because of this situation I cannot be refunded by Paypal.

The seller does not want to answer me if he picked up or not the parcel.

I desperately need your help because Paypal is asking me for the proof of the item status from China Post, otherwise I lose my money.

Could you please be so kind and help with this problem?

CO990776885RO arrive Guangzhou on dec 4th. you should ask seller call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel and refund the money. at the same time, contact paypal to confirm the refund.
