My delivery RJ848848248CN is stuck on "sent to airline" status since 24 November and the seller doesn't answer me. Is there something I can do?

1. In normal condition parcel to Italy can take 4 weeks to arrive. Your parcel has pass that limit. Your parcel might be lost or misplace or still at the incoming Inbound (Customs) warehouse for overseas parcels in Italy and not yet scan by Italy Post.

2. Since seller does not respond to you, it might be time to consider opening a dispute about your parcel that you have not receive yet.
