Why the status is "delivery" else i don't receive my package.
When i verify on "chronopost" :
"ABROAD
Sorting by the departure agency"

Why the status is "Delivery" ? Since 10 days, i have any informations.

EV979517371CN was returned to shipper. you can not get the goods.

why the package was returned to sender? do I get back to the site where I ordered?

you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
