I bought a product on Aliexpress with China Post shipping.
But I did not received anything and it seems blocked in China.

Then I open a disput but the seller refuse to refund.

1. Escalate the dispute and tell them you have not receive the parcel. Either you ask for your money back or ask the seller to send you a new parcel with the article you bought.

Ali express decided a full refund after asking me to wait a bit.
So positive answer for me. Of course if I receive any day this package I will contact the seller but I am pretty sure it will never come to me.

I have been noticed that I just received it at home. The package has been destroyed and build again with some adhesive tape. I will be able to test it this weekend only.
Aliexpress accepeted the total refund but I do not want the seller feel to have been stolen. Any work it is, it cannot be totally unpaid.
Do you think the seller got some refund from insurance / China Post?
What is the usual process for such situation?

To be honest I do not want to pay it full price because it took more than 3 months after ther order but I am not a theft... What is your experience in it? Am I too naive?
I think China Post should be charged.
