Post Should I be worried?

I ordered an item from China back on November 18th and as of yet it hasn't arrived in the UK. The tracking number is RS500413717CN. Obviously I know that the Christmas period has been the busiest time for all the postal services but shouldn't it have arrived after all this time?

1. I suspect that UK Mail has been very very busy this year for the Holiday Season. If I'm saying that, it's because E Packet to UK should normally take 2 weeks, now it taking more then 3 to 4 weeks and even more.

2. Or would it be the contrary, It's in China not enough place on aircraft for all the mail bag.

3. If you fell that you waited enough just contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

4. Or worst case open a dispute, please remember if you open a dispute don't close it because you will not be able to open it again for the same parcel.
