The seller said my packet was shipped on 7th October and on 27th October it appears on tracking site; Guangzhou; has acceptance.
Why is there a 20 day delay between shipping and Guangzhou acceptance?
Hope you can clarify.

Only your seller can tell you why. 27-Oct is the day when China Post actually received the parcel.

Many sellers delay shipment for different reasons -- no inventory, etc -- or they ship using a shipping company which takes some time to hand the items over to China Post.
