Seem to be taking much longer than usual. More than 30 days now. Please advise if possible. thank you.

"德国法兰克福, 到达互换局" this seems like it has arrived at Frankfurt exchange...?

It arrived in Frankfurt on 13-Oct, but unfortunately appears to be on its way out of the country again:

2015-10-13 18:34:00.0 arrive Germany Frankfurt Transit Station
2015-11-02 17:51:00.0 涅德劳拉 export customs cleared

You might want to contact Deutsche Post and see if they can figure out what happened to it.
