HI, could you help me by telling me how long it takes to send a package (2kg) to the Netherlands? Normally small things from China I receive in 2 weeks. But this package takes longer to arrive. The seller told me That's because of the New year. I think That's a lie. My tracking number is RK174253146CN. Thank you very much!

it should be delayed in shanghai airport. wait 10 more days, if it still does not arrive, you need open dispute.
