1. I have no reason to believe that the parcel did not depart China in Beijing for your country. Since we don't have any Estimated arrival time for your country it's very hard to tell how much time normally it will take for delivery to your country.

2. May I suggest if you don't receive the parcel by 17 Nov, just open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

3. In the meantime you could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and see what he is going to say to you.
