yes, it is bad news. your parcel was rejected by safety officer. Open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel asap.

By the way, may I know what is the item inside your parcel?

I don't think so. Based on my previous experience, once tracking results shows "safety check rejected", no matter what new status after it, you have very few chance to get the parcel.

Parcel arrived today. Surprised after safety check rejected but not complaining.
