My packet has been in transit for over 40 days and it's still not even close to arriving. How is this possible? Can it be stuck or something?
I would appreciate any sort of advice or help, thank you!

2. Your parcel was delayed in China for 3 weeks (30 Nov - 21 Dec). Since the 21 Dec it should be On Route/In Transit to your country. May I suggest you read this for your country and take into account that the parcel did not move for 21 days in China.

3. You might want to advise your seller that you did not receive your parcel and make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.
