This was the last update on package RS290244755CN:

Usually it takes one or two weeks to arrive in The Netherlands after that. However, after over three weeks this one is not in The Netherlands yet (I contacted PostNL about this), which either means it is still somewhere in Guangzhou or it means it got lost. No battery in the package, just a small plastic toy.

Should I wait a bit longer or ask for a refund?

I CONTACTED YOU LAST WEEK AND YOU TOLD ME ""my parcel is fine"" on route.

but i have not the tracking since october22th.
for me its not normaly because i often receive quickly my parcels with epacket and nutherlans post(received in 2 weeks).but this parcel with china post takes more time.

1***can you confirme me if the parcel had problem or china post takes more time for delivred?

2*****i am worry because the tracking did not change since october22.if you have evolution for my tracking i will not woorrie.
