tracking the order today, it has a new information. Can you help me with this? What it means? Since my payment in 01/11/2016 that i have no received the order.

1. This is the tracking you are referring to:

Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, has imported opening

2. It means the parcel is coming back to China. Possibly never departed and China Post will be sending it to seller.

3. You might want to read this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

4. You should contact seller and tell him the situation about your parcel.
