17Track says it's at Roissy Mail in France for 2 almost 3 weeks . LM132722356CN is the tracking number is Ems so slow ? Or is there a problem with customs ?

1. What 17 track is saying to you is this:

02.11.2016 00:00
Send item abroad (Export)
Roissy Courrier International Pic
Post Exprès International

2. That info was given to La Poste by China Post EMS.

3. Now it's up to La Poste to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it and give it to France Customs for clearance.

4. Your parcel is fine you need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on La Poste site for any new movement.

Are you saying the package is already in France ?
La poste says it's still in China but I can't imagine EMS takes weeks to ship it over.

J'ai la même depuis le 19 octobre, statut "Départ ROISSY COURRIER INTERNATIONAL PIC ".
D'après la Poste le colis est en Chine, d'après ici le colis est en France. Va savoir...
