Hello, my order says "成都Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )". I read in other posts that when it says "import customs cleared" I will not get my package.

Is that true? Should I contact the seller to resend it or ask for a refund?

import customs cleared means the parcel was returned. you can not get the parcel anymore. Open dispute for non-arrival order and claim refund asap.
