ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC (Royal Mail) since 07/12/2016 but have not heard or received anything

Please confirm where my parcel is, is it being held due to custom charges to be paid?

1. You should call Royal Mail and ask whatever questions you have about your parcel.

2. Maybe UK Customs misplace your parcel or there is further check to your parcel.

I have contacted Royal Mail and they said to contact the courier company sending my parcel, if you go to Royal Mail tracking and enter RO241967712CN, it just says coming from China nothing more.

Royal Mail said they are unable to provide any more information and to find out from the courier sending the item.

1. This is what you get when you track your parcel on the Royal Mail site:

Item: RO241967712CN

from China (People's Republic)
Where has my item been?

2. If you press on the grey area of:
Where has my item been?

3. A new window will open and you will find this:
07/12/16 00:32 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

4. So now the parcel arrive in the UK on the 07 Dec 2016, now it's up to them to tell you where the parcel is: Lost or misplace.
