Hello,
I would like to know why the status of my parcel RO241880959CN hasn't changed in almost 20 days. It looks like it has left China but it hasn't arrived yet.

1. Parcel to Italy can take between 11 to 28 days. You parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country.

2. Now it's up to Italy Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. After that to Customs and finally delivery.

3. It's the Holiday season for Postal Office, so mail is slow right now everywhere.
