Hi,
I write because my package stock on "In Customs-Control warehouse" location 23004300, it's there from 4th December. Why it takes so long ? Inside is only one hoodie...

now is rush season. status no changing within 4 weeks is quite common.

When I track my package it shows again two statuses 'export security scan' and next 'in customs - control warehouse', now I have two times this same statuses. What does it mean ?

it means the parcel is still in customs.
