1. No the parcel is not in your country. This is the definition:

Send item abroad (EDI-received) "EDI" means "Electronic data interchange". In general, your item has been sent abroad . Besides, the item tracking data has been transferred to another computer (the computer of the destination country where your parcel/item will be delivered to).

2. It's because the parcel try to leave but there was no more room for the mail bag on the Aircraft. So the mail bag came back to the Exchange Bureau in Beijing.
