Hi. Last tracking information I had for the first parcel is

Depart From Original Country 【北京】Shipped by air 2016-10-13

and for second parcel

Depart From Original Country 【北京】Shipped by air 2016-10-16

Since then, no new information about the whereabouts of the items. Any help please?

1. You might want to look at this for Greece:

2. In tracking both of your parcels I did not find anything wrong with them. Now it up to the Greece Post to scan them and send it to the Customs for clearance.

Usually it takes anywhere between 16-30 days for the parcels to reach me . But during the process, I have exact information. For these two parcels, I dont have any update for the last 10 - 14 days.
Greek post office tracking service gives same information ( "shiped by air..." ). Have my parcels reached Greece?

2. Since we don't have a flight number we can not confirm that the parcel have arrive in Greece. But because the parcel left on the 13 and 16 Oct one can assume that both parcels have arrive in your country.

3. If ever your parcel arrive in your country it must have gone to the Inbound Warehouse Mail and was not yet scan by the Greece Post Office nor was it inspected by Greece Customs Office.
