Hello,

My package was received by China Post over a month ago and tracking shows that it is stuck in Beijing for a month now. Can I actually somehow find out if there is something wrong with it or I should just be patient because of the rush season. It just would be nice to have some legitimate information and not just be blindly waiting. Could you please help. Tracking number is RL062748249CN

if your parcel has battery, magnetic item, it should be rejected. Otherwise it should rush season delay. you can do nothing but waiting at this moment. If your buyer protection is expiring, you have to open dispute.
